Job Description:
Organizational Change Management Analyst- Location: Hybrid in San Antonio, TX
- Duration: 12+ months
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
Project Overview: We are embarking on a transformative journey to build out a Transformation Office centered around an SAP upgrade. This initiative will significantly change how our organization operates, impacting not just IT but the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the Transformation Office.
- SAP Upgrade Management: Oversee the SAP upgrade project, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and delivers positive impacts across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage stakeholders affected by the SAP upgrade, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the marketing and communication teams.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
- Team Integration: Embed yourself within the project team to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project execution.
- Future Projects: Post-SAP upgrade, manage other significant organizational change projects.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of experience in change management.
- Strong background in project management, particularly with ERP systems.
- Proficient in change management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently without the need for extensive training.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in ERP implementation or upgrade projects (SAP preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, including working in sprints.
- Change management certifications are a plus (PROSCI, CCMP, CPCM, CMS, etc.)
- Experience using Project Place (or similar tools) for project management and collaboration.
