Mandatory: • GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling. • BOSIET/HUET incl. CA-EBS • OGUK Medical certificate incl. Chester Step
o Coordinate offshore activities with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre.
o Arrange meetings and liaise with project stakeholders
o Ensure adherence to project procedures, processes, and IT Tools.
o Support HSE when required.
o Operate the Offshore management system and provide lessons learnt/change requests.
o Participate in general lessons learned.
o Planning & Coordination of Construction, marine and Helicopter activities, including preparation of relevant documentation.
o Preparation & hosting the Daily Planning Meeting
o Liaison with the Packages & Contractors to keep operational conflicts to a minimum
o Liaison with MHCC re-execution of planned activities
o Manage and allocate custody (Time and space)
o Daily dialogue with relevant Contractors & Masters to ensure compliance with site procedures and OMS
o Ensure all vessels Masters & helicopter pilots complete Induction
o Assisting construction manager with tasks as required
o Chair / attend interface and kick off meetings with contractors.
o Ensuring personnel are approved within OMS.
o Assistance in VCC checklist & issuing of VCC.
o Liaising with HSE team members on findings, investigations and safety pushes.
o Providing input into Lessons Learnt for future projects.
o Training of new Offshore Support staff.
o Training of the O&M site planning team.
o Tracking and control of all cargo going offshore, including declarations to relevant authorities.
o CTV/Helicopter Manifest for personnel tracking.
o SOMS Training Documents
o Vessel/Helicopter performance reports
o Daily coordination & Execution plan

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $20-35/hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Contract Term:
1.5 year with possible extension
Shift Pattern: 14/14 days
