Orthodontic Patient Coordinator (Bi-Lingual) - Simply Dental Management Inc

Simply Orthodontics is searching for a motivated, outgoing and energetic patient coordinator. Ideally, our new patient coordinator will be Bi-Lingual in Portuguese and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while wearing many hats. This position travels with the team to Milford, Hopkinton, and Holliston.

Job Description:

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills!
• Greets all patients with a warm and friendly smile
• Checks patients in and out for appointments
• Schedules appointments for patients
• Answers phones with enthusiasm
• Picks up and organizes mail to and from office
• Assist with patient billing processing and questions
• Organize and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
• Assist clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
• Keeps reception area clean and orderly at all times
• Checks and verifies patients' insurance
• Takes part in company marketing events and responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
