Job Description:
AFS is seeking an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst SME to analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. The OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst SME will assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. They will also research, gather and synthesize information. This role has up to 50% CONUS/OCONUS travel.
Here's what you need:
- Must have or obtain U.S. Passport within 30 days of employment
- 8+ years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community
- 3+ years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development
- 2+ years of experience with digital signature reduction
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience)
- Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology
- Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)
- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
- Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
