A leader in the Greater Austin region is looking for their next Foreman for OSP Line projects!

Your expertise in construction, telecommunications, and data cabling will drive daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. You'll oversee crew leaders, conduct quality checks, manage time tracking, and uphold our high standards of material management.

Key Roles:

• Direct field operations and safety protocols.
• Expert in leading Trenching and Excavation efforts
• Execute daily production goals.
• Liaise with other trades, clarifying project scopes and requirements.
• Mentor and develop our workforce.

Must-Haves:

• Proficient in line apparatus assembly and construction equipment operation.
• Skilled in climbing, operating aerial lifts, and excavating.
• Knowledgeable in interpreting work prints, permits, and diagrams
• CDL A
• OSHA 30
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
