About The Position

BPN Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a NICU RN to fulfill a 13-week contract at a facility in the La Jolla, CA. area.
Essential Functions Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes. Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.

Job Requirements
Requirements/Certifications:
- 3 years of experience
- CA RN License
- School Nurse Svcs Credential
- CPR/BLS (AHA)
- valid Driver's License to drive between sites
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred:
- School Audiometric Certificate (highly preferred)
- Bilingual
- 2-5 years of successful school nursing experience in elementary school setting
- Master's Degree
*Candidate must be willing to float between elementary TK-6 schools in National City (less than 10 square miles). They will have a home school with an office to work from when not seeing students.
Benefits
Contract Details:
- 13 week travel contract
- Estimated weekly gross pay= $3,120-$3,200 (w/ travel stipend included)
- Shift: Days available, 5x8
Guaranteed 36 hours a week
