Our workforce should reflect the communities we serve.QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in the field of Nursing.At least 4 years of relevant experience is necessary for this role.Registered nurse.Within the first year of your employment, it will be necessary for you to complete an Abbreviated Injury Scale course.Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support certifications should be obtained within 30 days of hiring or employee transfer.Trauma Outcomes & Performance (TOPIC): TOPIC within 12 months.Emergency Nrs Pediatric (ENPC), Pedi Adv Life Support (PALS): PALS in 30 days or ENPC in 180 days of hire.RN- Advanced Trauma Care (ATCN), Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC): TNCC or ATCN within 180 days of hire.Critical Care RN (CCRN), Critical Care - Pediatrics (CCRN-PED), Cert PED Emerg.
