About the Job
NorthBay Health is seeking a Board Certified, Licensed Otolaryngologist to practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. NorthBay Health is ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa Valley and Sacramento. With an abundance of recreation and leisure options, Northern California offers residents the landscape for healthy active living.
Our board-certified team of Otolaryngologists, speech therapists and audiologists will provide a comprehensive evaluation and then employ a variety of treatments including medication, advanced diagnostic procedures and surgery to ensure a personalized care plan for the ultimate wellbeing of our adult and pediatric patients.
Overview:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Dedicated procedure and administrative time
- Call Ratio: shared call
- Daily Patient Census: 10 – 16 patients per day
- Equipment/Resources: Operating microscope, 2 towers for nasal/sinus scopes, and ultrasound
- Provider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
- Basic Biopsies
- Myringotomies
- Closed nasal fracture reductions
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified in Otolaryngology
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state
- Proven experience in Otolaryngology procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Compensation and perks:
- Total Compensation Range: $500,000- $680,000
