About this role:
As a Physician in Otolaryngology you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will practice General ENT in a clinic setting alongside Audiology and Primary Care.
- This position includes a$30,000sign-on bonus,up to $20,000in relocation assistance, a generous salary with additional compensation once on productivity
- You will practice at our Memorial Clinic in Salt Lake City, UT
- Your hours will be 5 8.0 hour days per week seeing up to 26 - 30 patients per day
- Call is 1:6

What youll bring:
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- U.S. ACGME Residency training in Otolaryngology
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
