About the Job
- Seeking a full-time (4.0, 4.5, or 5.0 days per week) physician assistant
- Provides office-based ENT, allergy, and selected dermatology services to new and established patients of all ages
- Evaluation and treatment of common conditions of ear, nose, throat, mouth, sinuses, salivary glands, face and neck
- Medication management; monitoring of medication compliance
- Education/counseling
- Ordering diagnostic tests
- Referral to ENT surgeon for operative procedures (e.g., tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, tympanostomy tubes, endoscopic sinus surgery, skin cancer surgery)
- Referral to related other specialties (e.g., audiology, cardiology, neurology, pulmonology, sleep medicine)
- Performance of common ENT and facial skin procedures
- Communication with PCP s.
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
- $106,664 with ENT/allergy experience (0.8 FTE)
- $90,664 for year 1 if no ENT/allergy experience (0.8 FTE)
- The maximum annual Good Citizenship Bonus per Fiscal Year is $10,000.
- Eligible to receive additional compensation for high levels of clinical productivity as measured by wRVU
- Vacation, 5 weeks per year
- Up to 5 sick days, 6 holidays per year
- CME - 2 weeks per year, plus up to $4,500 CME funds
