Patients per day: 20-25 Patient population/age: All ages Department description: Otolaryngology (ENT) EMR: EPIC Hospital bed size: 210 Skills required: Bread and butter ENT; ear, larynx, nasal/sinus, throat, peds (ear tubes, tonsillectomy, etc.) proceduresPractice Setting: Hospital Based Clinic Requirements: Board Certification: Board Certification in Otolaryngology or Board Eligible with 5 years of training required. State license required: No, but State of IL License highly preferred DEA: Yes CSR: Yes Certifications required: NA Minimum experience required: N/A; Will take new graduates but cannot consider those with a recent gap in work history as they require procedure logs for the last 24 months.Credentialing Timeframe: 6 weeks
