Compensation: our compensation is standard across specialties in the Butte area.Our generous base salary is $450,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive. Additionally, we are offering the following bonuses.
Signing Bonus of $25,000
Relocation Bonus of $10,000 - 20,000 (if applicable)
Student Loan repayment bonus up to $100k (if applicable)

As a Physician within Intermountain Health Medical Group - Butte, you'll work collaboratively with other providers, to deliver top-notch care and best patient experience.
You will practice at our Specialty Care Clinic in Butte, MT.
You would complete charts electronically in EPIC.
You will work in new start-up practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff.
You would provide Ear/Nose/Throat Specialty Services care to a wide range of patients.
You will be able to practice Outpatient Clinic, Ambulatory Surgical Services, as well as Inpatient / Hospital Services.

American Board of Medical Specialties certification/eligibility in Otorhinolaryngology/Ear Nose Throat
Montana State Medical License & DEA.
It's also a big plus if you have:
Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including EPIC/eSummit and Office 365 products.
The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position.
