Duties:
We are looking to fill a key position in customer service. The chosen candidate will be cross trained in multiple functions focusing mostly on scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking and tracing, managing high call volumes and handling other customer service duties as assigned. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and organization are necessary for success.
This is a day shift position with set hours Monday through Friday starting at 8:30AM and working until 5:00PM

Requirements:
Excellent customer service / communication skills; Knowledge of LTL industry a plus Excellent attendance; Excellent typing and 10-key skills; Excellent attention to detail. Self-motivator that works well independently
