Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary: The primary role of the Outbound Customer Service Representative is to communicate daily with our existing customer base for check-ins, see if they need our services, book their annual maintenances, schedule appointments, inform them of ongoing promotional offers and follow up with their satisfaction level on recently completed jobs.
Competitive Wage: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. Bonus opportunities available!
Work location: Onsite at Tacoma, Washington State
Job duties include (but are not limited to):
During training your schedule will be 8:00am - 4:30pm, then your regular schedule will be Monday through Friday: 9:30am-6:00pm. Please note that this is an in-person position, this is NOT a hybrid or remote work schedule.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):
- Making outbound calls in a prompt and courteous manner
- Consistently providing the highest level of customer service to existing customers
- Informing customers via phone, email, and text of ongoing promotions
- Conducting follow-up calls with customers and assisting them with online scheduling.
- Proficiently resolving issues and addressing problems as they arise.
- Offering referrals as needed for services not offered within our scope.
- Continuous training for improvement
- Engaging in team building and weekly meetings
- Prospecting and conducting outbound calls.
- Meets monthly metrics.
- Reports to the Director of Customer Service
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service experience in a customer facing role or Call Center.
- 1 year of Cold Calling experience
- Self-starter, metric focused, and reliable.
- Experience in outbound calling is highly preferred.
- Experience with Service Titan or similar dispatch software is preferred.
