OUR IDEAL PLUMBING & HEATING OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The purpose of our Outbound Sales Representative is to drive the long-term relationship with our customers by promoting the meaningful and value- laden advantages of our V.I.P. Memberships and Service Plans .This will develop a foundation for an ongoing business relationship with our customers and enhance the future and long term revenue of A. Johnson Plumbing and Heating .
As an Outbound Sales Representatives at A. Johnson Plumbing and Heating, you will:
- Reach out to new , existing and inactive customers to establish and/or re-establish relationships and attempt to bring them back by promoting the exceptional value of our V.I.P. memberships and Service Plans
- Generate interest in A. Johnson Plumbing and Heating products through phone calls , text messaging and email communication.
- Collaborate with Call Center Team members to assist in selling V.I.P. Memberships and Service Plans to customers.
- Quote pricing and provide information to the customer regarding the terms of our V.I.P. Memberships and Service Plans by utilizing our Service Plan Calculator The Outbound Sales Representative will sell these products by creating value to the customer with a sense of urgency in regards to the best practices of the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule
- Achieve or exceed daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly quotas
- Throughout the qualification process, you will learn to identify the specific needs of our customers and how A. Johnson Plumbing and Heating products will meet those needs.
- Act resourcefully and in an innovative way to overcome objections and complete tasks.
- Handle customer requests as needed
- Manage notes and pipeline through Service Titan CRM
- Assist Call Center Team with coverage when needed
Qualifications to make it happen:
- Professional, creative and a dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- 2 years of prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- CRM experience preferred
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and multiple task
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Keen intelligence and negotiation skills.
- High-energy, relationship expert.
- Ability to hunt down new opportunities from inactive/past customers.
- A desire to grow professionally
This is a full time position with an hourly pay rate of $16.00 - $18.00 plus Commission
