Title: Outbound Sales Specialist

Location: Lansing, MI (hybrid)

Salary: $40,000-$50,000 DOE + bonus

If you are a proactive Outbound Sales Specialist with a strong ability to generate leads and drive new business look no further! The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume environments and is skilled in cold calling to reach potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and lead generation targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM software

Qualifications:

• Strong cold-calling experience and comfort in high-volume environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to prospecting
• Previous experience in a sales or business development role is a plus
