Radial, the leader in omnichannel commerce technologies and operations has an exciting opening for a Quality Control Manager. Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end-to-end processes reducing costs for our customers while enhancing the consumer experience.
The Outbound Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities/mechanisms in accordance with the SOP’s and holding a team of associates accountable to standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
+ Actively contribute to the development of Radial direct reports.
+ Execute on productivity and daily goals through execution of the Radial Operating Model.
+ Ensure all Minesweep Powerwalks are completed on a weekly basis.
+ Achieve and maintain compliance with all company and federally mandated regulations regarding Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT.
+ Responsible for the associate level of safety, quality, and productivity performance.
+ Solve and respond to daily issues.
+ Plan and coordinate shift activities for assigned areas in the fulfillment center to ensure adherence to all procedures.
+ Assist Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality are met for all outbound related activities.
+ Ensure that all shift personnel receive proper training, skill development, and assessment per company guidelines.
+ Recommend and implement improvement efficiencies and effectiveness of employees for increased shift contribution.
+ Interacts with peers and related staff across all departments on the implementation of fulfillment strategies.
+ Implement specific objectives and performance measures for all shift personnel to maximize productivity.
+ Lead fulfillment special projects, as needed.
+ Accountable for achieving production objectives.
+ Monitor all production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of the department's operation.
+ Reinforce policy and procedure compliance.
+ Conducts performance reviews and implements corrective action as appropriate.
+ Implement performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
+ Participates in the recruiting and selection process.
+ Manage temporary workforce.
+ Keep a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
+ Minimum of 2-3+ years of supervisory experience that demonstrates progressive growth
+ Experience in outbound is highly preferred
+ Must have experience in high volume 3PL (pick/pack/ship), Distribution or Warehousing experience
+ Ability to motivate and lead a team of 100+ associates
+ Experience with WMS and automation
