Outbound Telemarketer - PrideStaff

A local HVAC and plumbing company is seeking an Outbound Telemarketer to help ensure their customers' homes and businesses are comfortable and functioning optimally.

This is a full time opportunity and the hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The pay starts at $18-$21/hour plus commissions. There are two openings. 

This role is 100% on-site.



Outbound Telemarketer Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote HVAC and plumbing services
• Explain service offerings and current promotions clearly and persuasively
• Schedule appointments for our technicians with interested customers
• Update customer information in our database system
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies
• Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions
• Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Outbound Telemarketer Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools
• Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
• Basic understanding of HVAC and plumbing services (training will be provided)
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Patience and persistence in following up with leads
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
