The Crossroads Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Outpatient Clinical Manager. The ideal candidate will hold a Masters degree in social work and/or counseling, possess an LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-CS and have minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a clinical role, and have a proven track record of progressive leadership responsibilities serving clients with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
The Outpatient Services Manager provides support, coaching, mentoring, input, training, and direction for the daily provision of clinical services based on evidence-based practices. This includes medication-assisted treatment, office-based opioid treatment, intensive outpatient services, outpatient group services, and aftercare services. The role involves the development, implementation, and standardization of services, including curriculum and special programs for clinical services offered at The Crossroads Center.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in social work and/or counseling.
- LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-CS required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a clinical role with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in multiple treatment settings (e.g., inpatient, partial, outpatient, and/or residential) is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge, use, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Experience in providing work/clinical supervision and knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines affecting the operations of a treatment program.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficacy of services provided through outpatient services through direct day-to-day supervision of outpatient clinicians, peer supporters, and care coordinators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor outpatient team members to maintain, enhance, and provide effective services.
- Foster an environment of open communication and continuous learning
- Conduct performance reviews, implement corrective action, develop performance improvement plans, and manage scheduling.
- Resolve conflicts and provide active supervision for residential team members.
- Utilize evidence-based and culturally specific models of care to promote recovery.
- Participate in performance improvement activities through the measurement, identification, tracking, and submission of data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of techniques, procedures, and systems designed to continuously improve the quality of services.
- Ensure productivity by clinicians and expansion of services as identified or needed for new and existing programs.
- Ensure communication with colleagues when clients are shared between programs.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of documentation, providing feedback to clinicians.
- Ensure coverage during team member absences to guarantee consistent service provision to clients.
- Work in collaboration with the Management Team to introduce new ideas and enhance services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk, hear, sit for extended periods, operate a computer, and reach with hands and arms. The employee occasionally lifts or moves up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
