Role Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their team in providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will coordinate and direct patient care services to individuals of all ages, ensuring that each patient's needs are met through comprehensive evaluations, personalized care plans, and effective treatments. This role requires a professional committed to enhancing patient outcomes, supporting departmental growth, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct patient care services for patients of all ages, including evaluation, assessment, and implementation of individualized care plans.
Produce high-quality documentation in a timely manner, adhering to current professional and regulatory standards.
Collect and analyze data from outcome measures to monitor patient progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Understand treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency, including budgeting, staffing, billing/coding, and procedural planning.
Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain a high level of clinical practice aligned with best practice standards.
Contribute to departmental, hospital, and community activities that promote program development and operational excellence.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the department and organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado.
BLS Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
Desired Qualifications:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
