Our uplifting dedicated professionals will serve our patients whole health needs while providing an enjoyable experience. Wide range of services from pediatric to geriatric and also employment screenings/occupational medicine.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Physician leads a competent team consisting of a pharmacist, nurse, health coach, behavioral health specialist & medical assistant.
Schedule 8-5:30 M-F ( can do 4x10hr shifts) Last patient 4:40p
NO Call
Average time per patient visit 30 minutes OR Annual Wellness visits 1hr
Independent Primary care center not hospital affiliated
12-15 patients a day/ Complex patients seen 6-8xs a year

PACKAGE

Pay Range: $230-$250k Base + 10% Bonus

Full benefits, Free Urgent Care, 401k, 1wk. CME + 4wks. PTO + 6 paid holidays
