Outpatient Therapy Clinical Supervisor- Harrisburg

TEAMCare is looking to enhance our staff of dedicated clinicians through the support and guidance of an Outpatient Therapy Clinical Supervisor for our Harrisburg location . The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to our staff of Harrisburg-based clinicians, provide licensure supervision for the continued development of clinicians, and carry a small caseload. This individual will also oversee our School Based Outpatient Program.

The Supervisor will provide both individual and group supervision, offer guidance regarding clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with mental health concerns, provide direct outpatient therapy to clients in our office setting, audit treatment plans for TEAMCare, State compliance and standards for quality of care, and conduct performance evaluations.

Job Requirements:

• PA Licensed Psychologist, LPC, or LCSW for minimum 5 years
• 5+ years direct care experience with children, adolescents, and adults
• 3+ years' experience in providing clinical supervision
• Must have Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances
