The Volunteer/Outreach Coordinator is essential to strategic growth of the CRC mission.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, recruit, onboard, train and schedule task assignments of all volunteers.
• Coordinate and oversee all logistics, scheduling, programming and inventory purchasing for
  the Emily Virkler Boutique.
• Engage, Connect, and schedule outreach presentations with community organizations for donor development, educational opportunities and partnerships.
• Provide emotional support to clients on an as needed basis, back-up to Client Services
  Specialist.
• Oversee development, scheduling, and facilitation of program workshops.
• Assist Client Services in conducting cancer-related research to find resources for clients.
• Provide assistance and back-up to Client Services Specialist with correspondence and
  inputting client information into the database, etc.
• Assist CRC team to update and maintain brochures and other outreach materials.
• Assist Client Services in obtaining testimonial stories for outreach and donor development
  efforts.
• Maintain records and archives.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in years.
• Competent working knowledge of database management (entry and reporting), Microsoft 365 products, including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Onedrive, etc.)
• Community Connections and geographic familiarity
• Synergistic approach to working with colleagues, volunteers and community partners.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Aptitude for problem solving and ability to pivot.
• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills.

Pay Range Disclosure:

• $25 to $27per hour
