Linkitall LLC (DBA LIA) is looking for an Outreach Coordinator Lead to provide Outreach Support Services to Washington National Guard Service Members, Reserve Component Service Members, their spouses, dependents, and all Veterans for the Work for Warriors Washington (WFWWA) Employment Program, which falls under the Military and Family Readiness Programs (MFRP) Division of the Washington National Guard (WANG). The WFWWA program specializes in; resume writing, interview skills, professional networking, skill-building for gainful employment, and assistance with other government-backed programs to provide gainful employment opportunities at a living wage while providing businesses with skill-specific and highly qualified employees. Start Date is Contract-Contingent.
Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive)
- Manage all aspects of the development and management of Outreach program, processes, materials, events, training and tracking and reporting.
- Provide Veteran Services Officer Representative at all locations by helping in gathering supporting documents, filing claims or appeals, and providing additional support.
- Ensure all services provided are available to all National Guard, Reserve Component service members, veterans, and eligible family members residing within WA and are sustainable for the foreseeable future
- Support WANG Military and Family Branch with data sharing, joint data mining. Shared marketing campaigns, and representation upon request.
- Provide special focus on the status of post-deployment Military Veterans at the three-, five-, and eight-year mark to capture information on their process with reintegration, the effectiveness of previously provided services and any current support needed.
- Provide detailed reports and implementation plans as needed. Plans shall include the regions serviced. Implementation strategy, work processes, branding, marketing, quarterly goals, monthly goals, yearly goals, milestones with schedule, place of performance, report list, data mining, reporting schedule, and program tools; Reports shall include all data metrics that the support the agreed-upon goals in the Implementation Plan and encompass the monthly, quarterly, and yearly periods.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information related to Service Members and their families per HIPAA
- Organize outreach with all stakeholders, leads and customers to build a network supporting the WFWWA quarterly.
- Organize & execute a minimum of four hiring / employment network events per a 12-month period.
- Maintain complete all ATCTS & Government trainings.
- Ensure timely submission of all required reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually).
- Direct involvement with complex programs involving multiple tasks.
- Attend all required events and unit locations across Washington state and provide face to face assistance as necessary in carrying out job duties for Service Members. Some overnight stay may be required. Primary travel will be to assigned region.
- Establish a network with various community alliances, community working groups, task forces, trade schools, and other academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or at least three (3) years as a program coordinator as demonstrated by previous experience working with the National Guard
- Demonstrated capability in program/project coordinator applications
- Must possess Army/Air National Guard knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Proficient in Maintaining Deadlines #INDLIA
