Founded in 2001, a locally owned caregiver referral service. Over the last 20+ years, our agency has supported thousands of relationships between families and caregivers, and we are looking for an Outreach Manager to support our relationships with local healthcare institutions. Objective & Responsibilities: This position is to schedule and execute visits with healthcare facilities (e.g. nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, senior living facilities, etc.) that may deliver new client leads. Visits can be done on your own schedule, so you have flexibility to make this role work around your availability.
This position is also expected to remotely join our one hour weekly All Hands meeting.
Visits/events must be:
- Pre-approved
- Scheduled (no walk-ins)
- Reported
Visit/event tasks include:
- Dispersing pamphlets and business cards
- Gathering supplies, e.g. candies/gift bags
Compensation/Other
- Flat rate of $200 per visit, not to exceed an average of five visits per month
- Events are paid at $100/hour
- Flat rate of $75 for All Hands meetings
- You will be classified as a W2 employee
- You will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
- Your bio will be added to our website, sittersllc.com
- You will have a work email address to communicate with facilities and coworkers
- You will use your personal vehicle (mileage is reimbursed) and phone to coordinate visits
