Outreach Representative - Pediatric Home Service

We are seeking a full time, experienced sales professional who will play a key role in the providing outreach for RT/DME, Nutrition, and Infusion service lines. • Location: Indianapolis
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

POSITION DETAILS

• Develop and maintain referral relationships.
• This position plays a pivotal role in the growth of our office and surrounding community.
• Pursue new products and technology.
• Creatively finding opportunities to promote and grow our business.
• Collaborate with Marketing, other company Outreach Representatives, as well as our own clinical professionals.
• Work in a fantastic culture that has teamwork, respect and community.
• Work with others who value excellence in quality, customer service & patient care.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll put your organizational, multi-tasking, problem solving, and communication skills to work.
• Work a steady, Monday-Friday, 40hr work week between the hours of 7am-5:30pm with some flexibility.

REQUIREMENTS

• An entrepreneurial mentality, you’ll need to be motivated to ensure success!
• Prefer at least 3-5 years of experience in health care services sales, preferably in the Home Care respiratory, DME, or enteral nutrition, or infusion industries.
• A sound understanding of outreach in the medical sales field, preferably in the home health industry, including regulatory requirements.
• Established relationships among the health care community, and an eagerness to forge new relationships.
• Total and enthusiastic commitment to customer service, quality and taking care of the child.
