Job Summary: The Outreach Specialist is responsible for providing programmatic and technical support for Soles4Souls' relief programs that serve those in crisis. The Outreach Specialist will be managing a range of duties focused on Program Execution, Partner Relations, and Event Planning. This is a Work from Anywhere position.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Oversees Project Management tools (Wrike/NetSuite/Freshdesk/DocuSign), fielding incoming requests, prioritizing work, and liaising between other departments
• Providing support to manage and cultivate the growth of Soles4Souls' programs focused on domestic and international relief
• Collaborating with the Outreach team to implement on-going strategies for partner development
• Monitoring partner activity and data/feedback
• High Profile Project Management for partners and brands
Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Strong external and internal relationship management skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook and Teams, NetSuite and Wrike
• Non-profit background preferred but not required
• Event planning experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Spanish preferred but not required
Physical Demands:

• Vision: Must have clear vision, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Hearing: Hear and communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
• Manual Dexterity: Use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls.
• Repetitive Motion: Perform repetitive tasks, such as data entry, for extended periods of time.
• Work Environment: Be able to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and be exposed to varying weather conditions if applicable.
