Job Description:
As a Mortgage Account Executive at PhinanceUs™, you will build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, banks, credit unions, and other industry professionals to bring in new business and grow our customer base. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to provide our customers exceptional service and support throughout the mortgage application process.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, banks, credit unions, and other industry professionals to generate new business
- Work with a team of loan officers to identify and qualify potential customers
- Educate customers on our mortgage products and services and guide them through the application process
- Manage Pipeline
- Ensure that all loan applications are complete and accurate and adhere to industry regulations
- Use cutting-edge technology to streamline the application process and provide a seamless customer experience
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and targets
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in mortgage sales or a related field, with experience working with mortgage brokers, banks, and credit unions
- Active NMLS license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with mortgage software and systems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
