The Role:
- Manage assigned and self-generated leads from start to finish, including closing and final collection.
- Generate new leads through canvassing, cold calling, referrals, and personal marketing efforts.
- Conduct roof inspections to assess conditions and identify issues such as age, defects, and storm damage.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, discussing evaluations with clients and offering customized solutions.
- Assist clients with project planning, including material and color selections.
- Work closely with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate claims processing.

Requirements:
- Proven ability to set and meet goals by acquiring new business and building strong networking connections using effective roofing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in our target market through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Attend adjuster meetings to ensure effective coordination.
- Conduct sales appointments and perform roof inspections, or coordinate inspections with project managers, leading to contract signings.
- Manage customer payments as needed and oversee job assignments.
- Build and maintain relationships while managing the sales pipeline.
