Requirements:
Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, owning the sales cycle end-to-end, with an emphasis on self-generated leads.
Forge robust partnerships with key external influencers, such as CPAs, Insurance Brokers, and Certified Financial Planners, leveraging a powerful referral network - including internal referral partnerships, with the opportunity to cross-sell into multiple internal channels, which we refer to as “Stronger Together”.
Demonstrate in-depth product expertise through tailored demonstrations, crafting bespoke solutions for each client's unique requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee the flawless execution of sales commitments.
Utilize Atlas, our state-of-the-art sales enablement platform, to strategically manage and exceed sales targets.
Expertly navigate the competitive landscape, positioning Heartland as the premier choice in the market.
This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with the requirement to live locally but the freedom to sell across boundaries.
Qualifications:
High school Diploma/GED preferred
At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license, ensuring readiness for field responsibilities.
Pass a thorough background check and a drug screening by the designated employment date.
