What You'll Do
- Identify and Develop New Business: Use strategic sales tactics such as cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation to uncover new business opportunities withing NYC's fine dining sector.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- Present and Demonstrate: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients in person to secure new contracts.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain Sales Pipeline: Keep a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts and activity.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a sales representative or outside sales role.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
