Outside Sales Manager - $200k+ 1st Year OTE! - The Staff Pad

The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing roofing company that is looking for a Sales Manager in Madison, Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity that offers a base salary + commission and outstanding benefits! 

·      Team Development and Growth

-Develop and execute recruiting strategies.

-Develop and maintain standardized onboarding and training procedures.

-Support Field Representative's advancement through one-on-one coaching.

-Maintain alignment with the company's Core Values.

·      Drive Financial Results

-Increase annual revenue by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

-Lead Saturday Sales blitz initiatives.

-Track field representative KPIs; address deficiencies as they occur and recognize overachievers.

-Support field representatives with adjustments and customer interactions as needed.

-Provide production support to field representatives and ensure client satisfaction as projects are completed.

 -Maintain an updated job central app through biweekly meetings with Field Representatives.

-Acknowledge, encourage, and reward positive behavior.

-Host frequent meetups with the sales team during the week and biweekly group events throughout the season.

-Work with Sales Directors to provide ongoing coaching content shared at sales meetings.
