SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for its client in Albuquerque, NM. The person will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence within the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to sales, and a commitment to delivering exceptional packaging solutions to the company’s clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
·Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
·Initiating conversations with potential clients, addressing objections effectively and converting cold leads into long-term partnerships.
·Conduct needs thorough assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored packaging solutions that align with their business objectives.
·Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
·Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.
·Meet and exceed established sales targets while actively monitoring performance metrics and reporting on progress to management.
·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and customer requirements.
·Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies within the packaging sector.
·Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
·2+ years of experience in outside sales experience, preferably in the packaging, paper, or related industries.
·Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on cold calling and lead conversion.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value of packaging solutions effectively.
·Self-motivated and independent, demonstrating a high level of initiative in pursuing new business opportunities.
·Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
·Ability to work independently and manage time well.
·Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
·Familiarity with packaging products is a plus.
