Summary
You will work with the manufacturers we represent and our internal B&L sales team to find sales opportunities for their products. This includes building new customer relationships and sales by visiting and establishing contact with existing and potential customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on
potential leads. You will have or will develop a solid understanding and knowledge of the products and its benefits for our customers. Activities would include developing a marketing and sales plan for our rep lines, facilitating training and product knowledge sessions with customers and our own sales team, work with our internal sales team to find opportunities and promote products.
Responsibilities
- Be our key contact with the manufacturers to create and review sales plans and coordinate customer sales efforts.
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of customers to promote our rep lines.
- Work with the entire B&L sales team to find and develop sales opportunities.
- Have or develop a solid understanding and knowledge of the represented products and their benefits for our customers.
- Develop and manage marketing and sales plans for each of the major lines.
- Facilitate training and product knowledge sessions with customers, our own team and rep line support.
- Assist manufacturers and customers as needed, to coordinate quotation to delivery activities.
- Track and manage sales commissions due to company.
- Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets, new opportunities as well as developing plans to utilize those markets to expand our sales footprint.
- Others as requested by management.

- Overall sales plan achievement of all the B&L rep lines
- Rep sales achievement with your own set of customers
- Strengthening our relationships with our rep lines
