Our client is a family owned and independent lumberyard that has been serving builders and contractors in the Des Moines area for over 50 years.

This is an opportunity for an experienced LBM sales person who is looking for more freedom, less paperwork and a chance to increase their income.

• Utilizes technology because it helps you succeed in winning new accounts and growing your compensation.

The Experience We’d Love To See:

• Strong understanding of residential construction practices
• Experience selling lumber, windows, doors, or other building products
• Ability to read blueprints, do take offs and estimates.
• Existing relationships with builders and contractors in the Des Moines market is highly preferred
• Past success prospecting and developing new customers as well as continuing to grow your existing book of business.
