Our Outside Sales Representative:
- Must meet or exceed sales goals by closing sales, overturning objections, negotiating contracts, and upselling products and service
- Proactively engage in conversation with potential new customers in a positive and warm manner
- In simple terms, explain the benefits of our services and products to customers directly
- Listen to concerns, understand, and problem-solve issues in a polite and empathetic manner
- Recommend personalized solutions to customers to improve sales margins and increase customer satisfaction
- Attend meetings and sales training classes to enhance knowledge of our products, clientele, telecommunications services, sales promotions, and new sales techniques
Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Background in Sales, Wireless Sales, Telecommunications, Customer Service, or Client-facing
- Confident, outgoing, and energetic
- Excellent at presenting information directly to customers and closing sales
- Proven ability to overturn objections, solve problems, and drive sales margins
- Go-getter with a can-do attitude and hunger for success
- Charismatic, charming, and professional demeanor
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
