We are the market-leading drug and alcohol rehab program based in the Boston area as well as an established intensive outpatient behavioral health program; both with best-in-class facilities and stellar reputations.
Our business development team is seeking highly motivated, ethical and highly determined individuals to break through entrenched walls of bureaucracy to make our program top of mind and known without question.
Much of your focus will be on our new mental/behavioral health program in Boston, MA. Just think about how difficult it is to find a therapist right now... you will provide that solution!
In this position you will target and develop relationships that will lead to admission into one of our world-class mental health/behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment programs in the Greater Boston area. You will have the support of our entire organization behind you as you use your skills to create relationships and trust with prospective referral sources to offer these programs to them and / or their organizations.
We will provide a targeted list of potential clients, and it will be your job to develop relationships with these individuals so that they are unquestionably aware of our programs and what to do when they have someone in need of help. You will be able to offer all levels all care including intervention, detox, short-term residential and intensive out-patient treatment.
Frequent domestic travel will be required as you will be visiting potential clients regularly to develop relationships with them.
We seek individuals who are highly ethical, able to use excellent communication skills while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic outlook, and most importantly we need people with a winning attitude who love to create positive results and who do NOT take no for an answer.
Responsibilities
- Contact target list at least once a week with some targets being contacted multiple times a week
- Be fully versed on our programs equaling up to the full continuum of care
- Set targets for the personal sales and business development
- Find prospective customers and new target segments
- Report frequently on results of sales activities
- Travel up to 50% of your work week
- Proven track record of sales in difficult industries
- Proven ability to develop relationships even when barriers exist
- Excellent communicator who follows through with what they commit to
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Experience in the addiction treatment and behavioral/mental health space is not required
- Must be able to work in the USA without sponsorship
This is mostly a remote position, but can also be hybrid.
