We are currently seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base and service offerings.
Position Overview:
The Field Sales Representative will play a key role in driving our sales growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of sales success, exceptional communication skills, and a strong desire to aggressively pursue new business opportunities. This position is based primarily on-site, with a focus on client visits within a designated geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients within the light industrial staffing sector and related industries. Proactively generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking events, and industry research. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their staffing needs and challenges, offering staffing solutions that align with their goals. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to set goals. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of Titan Staffing’s services.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools. Provide regular updates to the sales manager and leadership team through sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- Strong confidence and ambition to pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, as this position requires significant client-facing interactions and in-person meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in an on-the-road, client-facing role with a focus on building relationships on-site.
