Job description
Our company is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing product demos and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. We are looking for someone who is driven, motivated, and organized, with a proven track record of success.
Compensation package:
-$35,000-$48,000/salary based off experience
-Commission pay: 10% on home (average premium of 1250 on a new household, so $ before taxes)
8% on Auto insurance (average premium is $1400 on a new household, so $112 you made before taxes)
Expectations are bring in 3-7 new households a month. ($1248-$2912 extra/month in commission)
Monthly bonus:
20 apps- $300 bonus
25apps- $450 bonus
30apps- $1000 bonus
1 life app: $100 bonus
1 umbrella app $50/bonus
Annual Bonus:
-3day paid vacation if requirements are hit.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $48000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Provide product information to customers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements
2 licenses needed to sell insurance: These licenses are required and I will help you obtain these.
Sell 3-7 new households a month totaling 15 applications or more a month.
Example: 1 car is 1 app, 1 home is one app, 2 cars is two apps, etc.
Expecting to work 35hours a week. Not including vacation or sick days.
Willing to contact personal connections.
Complete at least 200 leads a month. with necessary follow ups.
Reach out to 2-3 COI's a week
New homeowners conference 1-2 times a quarter.
