Accentuate Staffing is assisting a dynamic and growing plumbing supply company, who is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help drive sales and company growth. If you are passionate about sales and have a track record of success, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Work with management team to update territories and set sales goals and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites, including contractors, plumbers, and other related businesses.
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor customer’s credit status and assist in collections as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the plumbing supply industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing products and solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
