Our client, an established electronic security company, is currently expanding its sales team and seeking a motivated and career-minded professional to join their amazing Outside Sales team in the Portland and Vancouver areas!

What You’ll Do
· Foster current client relationships as well as developing new ones
· Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to generate selling opportunities within your protected territory
· Act as an ambassador for the company's mission, brand, and product
· Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching/development sessions to maximize career growth and performance
· Plan and organize personal sales strategy to maximize profitable growth for your assigned territory/segment
· Assist with the cultivation of local business/government partnerships and organizational affiliations
Who You Are
· An aptitude for sales and desire to grow into an advanced sales role
· Tenacious networker, comfortable calling on key decision-makers and all other technical and business influencers
· Strong work ethic, team orientation, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where change and ambiguity are the norm
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and foster relationships with your team, internal business partners, and external customers
· At least 1 year of professional experience in Business Development and prospecting clients and customers
· Bachelor’s Degree, or years of related experience
· Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening including Cannabis.

· A rich salary, base $50k, commission, and bonus structure (Year 1 OTE $85k+), no commission cap
