Pay:

From $50,000.00 per year (The position’s salary is a draw + commission)

The draw is ~$50K.& The average OTE for all of our reps across the country is over $150K. Even when you factor out the top 2 and bottom 2 performers the average is right at $150K.

Our least successful rep this year is on target to bring home over $80K and he’s a first year rep with no prior selling experience.

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday7:30 AM until 4 or 5 PM

Client Details:

The company is a National distributor of Division 10 products including restroom

partitions, accessories, lockers, visual display boards, flagpoles, replacement parts and

more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:

Manage and grow customer base with a large geographic territory.

Create amp; execute specific strategic plans to profitably grow the business.

Attain revenue targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Director.

Assist and guide customers in product selection and influence sales towards

strategic brands.

Continuous follow-up on assigned quotes.

Quote to close ratio of 20% or greater.

Evaluate, monitor, and resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner.

Participate in construction site meetings as required to assist in issue resolution.

Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information and share

through company database.

Provide timely and accurate forecasts on sales projections

Generate accurate and timely field reports

Participate in industry and promotional events

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:



Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint amp; Outlook

Good Communication amp; writing skills

Good organizational skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Ability to read and understand equipment operation manuals, Safety Data

Sheets and other literature as required

Good mathematical skills

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

Outside Sales Experience is a MUST

Carpentry skills preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred, not required

License/Certification:

Driver’s License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

50% (Required)
