JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate or equivalent.

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Qualify for local licenses as required.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Self-motivated and able to work independently taking the initiative in identifying and resolving problems

Excellent interpersonal skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proven team-building skills, shares knowledge and is easily coachable

Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Knowledge of SalesForce.com is a plus but willing to train if not

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8-hour work day

Talk and hear, both in person and by telephone

Use hands repetitively to operate standard office equipment

Reach with hands and arms lifting up to 40 pounds

Close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
