Outside Sales Representative - Proliance

As a Sales Associate at Proliance, you will work closely with property owners to assess damage, compile documentation, and negotiate with insurance companies on their behalf to ensure fair compensation. You'll be a key player in helping clients recover after significant property losses, offering them the peace of mind they deserve. Basic Job Duties of a Sales Associate at Proliance: Work with inspectors to evaluate insurance claims and assess damage or loss. Set in-person appointments for our experienced inspectors to evaluate potential projects. Track, report, and measure sales quotas contributing to the teams overall success. Educate homeowners on the benefits of using Proliance public adjusting and roofing services. Maintain customer relationships details using a custom CRM and inventory management system. Live within 50 minutes of Westmont, IL. Own or have full-time access to a car and insurance. Successful completion of our sales associate training post hiring (1-week). Sales experience is strongly preferred but not required - if you can sell us on why you should work here we believe you can succeed. Experience working in construction, real estate, general contracting, roofing, or solar is preferred but not required. Compensation and Benefits Commission based. First-year Sales Associates average $3,000-$5,000 a month, with top performers making $5,000-$10,000 a month. Performance bonus opportunities, uncapped earning potential. Regular team offsites, travel, and fun paid for by the company.
