Responsibilities:
- Manage overnight operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
- Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee inventory management and ordering
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a managerial role preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work overnight and on weekends
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
