Driver Rererral Program:
$2,000 for every referral after first 4 weeks

Requirements:
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
- Criminal felony/misdemeanor conviction evaluated on case by case basis evaluated on Clean MVR and PSP.
- No DUI/DWI within past 3 years.
- Minimum 23 years of age.
