Job Summary:
The Owner Services Liaison acts as the primary point of contact to homeowners within Rentyl's property management program, developing the relationship between company and client and providing feedback to the entire operation. This agent will be in contact with all departments within the organization in order to satisfy all inquiries received from homeowners, from basic maintenance work orders to accounting, marketing and sales related questions, while assisting with processes such onboarding during Rent-Ready process, furniture replacement, and monthly statement reviews. Therefore, the Owner Ambassador must have a general understanding of the company's day-to-day operations and business strategy, being able to communicate effectively through emails, calls and face-to-face meetings.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Customer Service to homeowners
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work orders and projects such as furniture replacement or repair
- Onboarding and oversight of the rent ready process
- Representing company's culture and value during calls and face to face meetings
- Assist with accounting related inquiries
- Assist with revenue and marketing related inquiries
- Assist Contract Sales on resales, showings, and related inquiries from realtors
- Assistance with external associates such as, HOA's community manager and club membership
- Facilitating payments and processing invoices on homeowner's behalf as needed
- Periodically review of accommodation rotation dashboards to identify and communicate opportunities
- Coordinate and assist homeowners during offboarding from management program
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or Higher Education preferred
- Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Mandarin)
- Experience in Property Management and PMS preferred
- Customer Service Experience Required
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in or related administrative roles
