Job Description:
We are in search of an insurance domain consultant with extensive experience in the Commercial lines Insurance space. As a domain expert, the associate is expected to act as a liaison between the Business stakeholders, Product Owner, IT stakeholders and Agile teams effectively collaborating to drive results.
The primary responsibility from this role is to elicit, analyse, document, validate and communicate requirements for successful implementation of customer’s transformation initiatives. A profound understanding of the commercial lines policy administration, claims, bureau rating, and pricing methods etc. is vital for effective communication with stakeholders.
Candidate must be having at least 10-15 years of experience
Proficiency in Policy life cycle (i.e., Quoting, Issuance, Premium development, and Claims handling) within the P&C domain is essential, along with comprehensive knowledge on various products across the line of business, including:
- Business Owners Policy
- Workers Compensation
- General and Professional Liability
- Commercial Auto
- Property and Marine
- Umbrella
Primary Responsibilities:
- Possesses strong functional knowledge and applies necessary elicitation techniques to draw out data and analytics business requirements completely and accurately from stakeholders.
- Perform Data profiling and exploratory analysis using standard tools to understand data patterns, relationships and anomalies in the data.
- Recommend requirement solution options and define business transformation rules to integrate, translate data in accordance with business usage requirements.
- Perform Data Reconciliation and root cause analysis to ensure integrity and accuracy of data at the individual levels (e.g. policy, line of business, state, segment) and aggregate level.
- Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix and Data mapping documents in a defined template to track functional requirements.
