As our newest Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, interacting with customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, cross selling as needed, and cultivating strong relationships with clients. Salary Range: $30000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Communication: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
Inquiry Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately to ensure satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions on internal systems, so the entire team can see notes, if needed..
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the agency's products and services to assist clients effectively.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess a valid Property & Casualty OR Personal Lines Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.
Experience: Previous insurance customer service is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and clear articulation.
Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service to clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding expectations.
