Responsibilities
Client Service: Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing to ensure exceptional service.
Policy Management: Manage personal lines insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Renewals: Coordinate policy renewals, review coverage options, and recommend adjustments as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, update policy details, and ensure all information is current.
Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner to maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
Insurance Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry is a must along with a MI Property Casualty Insurance License.
Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling client accounts.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
